Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) has great news to share!
This year, we've received the highest customer satisfaction ranking among large natural gas utilities in the Western United States and have the highest score among all utilities nationwide, according to J.D. Power and Associates.1
J.D. Power's study was based on a random survey of more than 62,000 U.S. residential natural gas utility customers.
In this study, SoCalGas received the highest score among all 75 natural gas utilities throughout the United States that were included in the survey. We also earned the highest score among the nine large utilities ranked in the Western region.
The J.D. Power and Associates scores for each utility were based on six factors:
- billing and payment
- price
- corporate citizenship
- communications
- customer service
- field service
