Our versatile software allows us to perform calculations so quickly and completely, we are able to keep our prices for preparing a permit application low. All permit applications are prepared by a Certified Permitting Professional. We can also perform dispersion modeling or a health risk assessment if needed.

Guaranteed Permitting Program

The Guaranteed Permit Program is designed to help eliminate the obstacle that air quality permitting poses to installing new rich-burn gas engines.

Customers are eligible who have not already begun the permitting process for the engine(s) in question.

Interested customers should contact their Gas Company Account Executive, who can answer your questions about the Guaranteed Permitting Program and will begin the screening and application process.

If permit application is denied by the SCAQMD (except for reasons unrelated to this permit application, like facility non-compliance), The Gas Company will absorb the cost of the permit application and processing fee.
