Source testing is often required in order to comply with many of the rules and regulations imposed by air quality agencies. In order to make sure the testing is acceptable, it is important to make sure the source tester is certified by a qualified agency, such as the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
A current list of certified source testers is available at http://www.arb.ca.gov/ba/icp/icp.htm courtesy of the California Air Resources Board.
