CHANGE IN SCOPE OF PROJECT

When in the course of a given project for a gas facility installation, the Builder/Developer does not meet commitments that were agreed to with the Southern California Gas Company, The Gas Company's New Business Project Manger will complete a Change Order. Change Orders are generated by The Gas Company's New Business Project Manager to document changes to installation of Gas Facilities, or additional charges, when change in scope of project occurs during project. The change order will be signed and agreed to by the Builder/Developer.

Examples of change in Scope of Project

  • Builder/Developer does not provide trench for The Gas Company's Facility Installation, as agreed to before start of Project.
  • Builder/Developer does not install agreed upon Gas Facilities (Main or Services), as agreed to with The Gas Company before start of Project.
