Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) offers a rebate up to $400 on ENERGY STAR-qualified tankless water heaters for multifamily apartment units.
- $300 rebate for models that meet a minimum Energy Factor of .82 - .89.
- $400 rebate for models with an Energy Factor of .90 or greater.
- Must be replacing a conventional tank-type water heater in individual apartment units.
- Rebate available January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
How to Get Your Rebate
This discount offer is provided by participating tankless water heater manufacturers through licensed contractors. The application is valid and redeemable only through participating manufacturers and only for qualifying tankless water heaters.
1. Contact your tankless water heater manufacturer directly for any questions regarding the product.
2. Fill out the rebate application provided by your contractor.
3. Mail the application with a copy of your invoice to the manufacturer of your tankless water heater.
