Medical Baseline Allowance

The Gas Company knows that not all customers are alike. Some of them suffer from poor health, which can make it even harder to make ends meet.

If someone in your household has a life-threatening illness, is seriously disabled, or requires regular use of life-support equipment powered by gas, you may qualify for an additional allowance of gas at a lower rate.
