Requesting Payment Arrangements

Avoid gas service shut-offs, which can lead to reconnection fees and deposits.

My Account allows customers to request a Payment Arrangment online. Once you log onto My Account click Assistance Programs > Payment Arrangements.

You will need your most recent gas bill to register.

If you are unable to use My Account, please call us at 1-800-427-2200.

You may also choose a Third Party (relative, friend, or social agency) to receive a copy of any shut-off notice that may be mailed to you. For more details, please complete and submit our Third Party Notification application request.
