In 2008 The Gas Company sent 8.9 million e-Bills to customers instead of paper, avoiding the use of more than 250 tons of paper, and saving nearly 4.1 million gallons of water, 4,200 trees and more than 485,000 pounds of solid waste.* When you “go paperless” with My Account, you’re doing your part to help reduce waste and conserve natural resources.

How To Register

You need your most recent gas bill to get started

Enter on the following information on the registration page:

  1. Your 10 digit account number
  2. Your most recent bill due amount
  3. The 5-digit zip code of the address to which your bill is mailed

My Account is available to residential and most business customers of The Gas Company with online access. To make an online payment, an account must be in good standing and have no more than one (1) returned check within the last 12 consecutive months. At this time, My Account is not available to non-core business customers, customers on the Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) rate (or G-NGV rate), gas transmission customers (those on a GTO rate), or customers bill through Sundry Billing and manual-billed customers.
