Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management
Diana L. Day is vice president of enterprise risk management for SoCalGas and SDG&E, Sempra Energy’s regulated California utilities.
Day has held various positions with the Sempra companies since 1997, including assistant general counsel – commercial of SDG&E, general counsel of Sempra Energy Global Enterprises and vice president and associate general counsel of Sempra Energy.
Prior to joining Sempra Energy, Day was with the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins, where she served on that firm’s EEO Committee.
Day has prior service as a director of the San Diego American Corporate Counsel Association, the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and San Diego Imperial County Girl Scouts.
Day is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in economics (summa cum laude) from Washington State University. She resides in Point Loma with her husband and eight children.
