On-Demand Efficiency Program (Demand Controls for Central Domestic Water Heaters) This program addresses a method of decreasing the natural gas consumption of central domestic hot water (CDHW) systems with recirculation loops in multifamily buildings by installing demand controls on hot water recirculation systems.
