What if I forgot my username, password and/or security question?

What if I forget my User ID?

If you forget your User ID, simply go to "Forgot Your User ID?" and enter the email address associated with Business My Account and complete the security check. Once the information is submitted, you will receive an email with your User ID.

If you have forgotten or no longer have access to the email associated with your account or continue to have difficulties with the Business My Account login, please call us at  1-800-427-2000 or visit a Payment Location for further assistance.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply go to "Forgot Your Password?".

You will need to enter your User ID and email address we have on file. The next step is to answer the secret question you selected during registration. Once the information is successfully submitted, you will receive an email with a temporary password.

If you have forgotten or no longer have access to the email associated with your account or continue to have difficulties with the Business My Account login, please call us at 1-800-427-2000 or visit a Payment Location for further assistance.

What if I forget my security question?

If in the process of recovering your User ID or password, you forget the answer to your security question, please click the "I forgot my answer to security question" link provided in Step 2 of the Log In Help process. (The image below is a visual aid only and does not contain an active link) In the next step you will be asked to confirm your identity by providing the last four digits of the Social Security number and zip code associated with your account. After you've completed this step, we will send you an email with a link to use to reset your My Account login.

If you have multiple accounts linked to the same Social Security number and zip code or if you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, you will need to call us at 1-800-427-2000 or visit a Payment Location in order to retrieve your account information.
