How do I get a copy of my bill?

My Account & Business My Account

The easiest way to view, print or pay your current bill is by logging on to My Account or Business My Account. You can view and print up to two years of bills instantly and update your billing or mailing address for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) account(s) that you have linked to My Account or Business My Account.

Request in Writing

You may also request information about your latest bill in writing. The request will be processed within three working days from the date your request is received. Billing information can be sent only to the mailing address on record.

In addition, you can receive a copy of your bill by calling our automated service line 24 hours a day, at 1-877-238-0092. Requests made through our phone line will take approximately three to five working days to complete. Billing information can only be sent to the mailing address on record.

Cancel Paperless Billing

If you are no longer receiving a paper bill via U.S. Mail and wish to begin receiving paper bills in the mail again, please contact us at 1-877-238-0092 and have your account number handy when you call.

SoCalGas encourages all its customers to consider the environment before choosing to receive paper bills in the mail. In 2011, SoCalGas' paperless billing customers saved an estimated1:

  • 447 tons of paper
  • 8,095 trees
  • Enough power for 143 homes/year (13,023 million BTU's)
  • 2.3 million pounds of CO2 -- equal to taking 212 cars/year off the road
  • 8.3 million gallons of water -- the equivalent of about 13 Olympic sized swimming pools
  • 758,340 pounds of solid waste -- the equivalent of about 27 garbage trucks
