How can I schedule a service appointment?
Need help connecting an appliance from your gas line?
If you are already registered for My Account, you can log in and select the "Schedule Service" tab. This tab contains a link to "Schedule a Service Appointment" such as connecting or disconnecting your appliance or pilot relighting.
Also within My Account, under the "Schedule Service" tab, you can visit the "Manage Appointments" link to:
- Check on the status of your appointment
- Reschedule an existing appointment
- Cancel your service appointment
Please be sure and have your confirmation number handy to look up requests to start service.
