Bill Tracker Alerts

Manage your monthly gas usage

Introducing Bill Tracker Alerts, a weekly alert designed to help you manage your monthly gas bill. With Bill Tracker Alerts, residential and business customers can monitor gas costs throughout the billing cycle, and take steps to lower usage and avoid any surprises on their monthly gas bill.

Bill Tracker Alerts include:

  • Bill-to-Date
  • Projected next bill
  • Last month’s bill
  • Last year, same month’s bill
  • Days elapsed in the current billing cycle
  • Days remaining in the current billing cycle

No cost updates via email and/or text

Customers have the option of receiving weekly Bill Tracker Alerts via email and/or text message.1 This notification service is available at no cost to customers with a completed Advanced Meter upgrade. Please visit our installation schedule if you have not yet received your Advanced Meter to find out when we will be in your area.

What to expect

Bill Tracker Alerts are a unique messaging tool designed to give customers more control over their energy use and monthly gas bill. Through weekly notifications (alerts), customers can track their energy usage and take action to reduce or modify their energy use before their bill arrives.

Track and plan your energy consumption

Bill Tracker Alerts not only keep customers informed of their energy costs as their bill cycle progresses, but weekly alerts maintain conservation awareness, often triggering some kind of energy-saving action whenever an alert is received.

Find energy management tips in the Ways to Save tab in My Account or visit Ways to Save - Residential or Ways to Save - Business.
