Equity Action Plan


Born from an internal call-to-action in response to the protests and civil unrest of 2020, the company held community conversations to hear employees' voices and come together in unity. As part of our strategic DE&I approach, we’ve developed vital diversity-related goals that focus on the company’s efforts to create positive, sustained change for our people and the communities we serve. We’re excited to leverage our communities and workforce’s accumulated knowledge and bold ideas. The plan drives specific commitments and goals in 5 key areas:
