Firm Access Receipt and Off-Sysem Delivery (FAR OFF) is the system of firm access rights and off-system delivery on the SoCalGas transmission system. FAR OFF will be implemented on October 1, 2008, and will provide customers, gas suppliers and California producers with new options and opportunities.
