Competitive total compensation including market-based salaries, a cash balance pension plan, 401k, annual bonus for non-union roles, recognition bonuses, paid life insurance, and modern health insurance plans for employees and their families are part of SoCalGas’ compensation package. We also offer pet insurance and financial advisory services to all employees, and fertility benefits for management employees.
