If you need extra time to pay your natural gas bill, we’re here to help. We have numerous options to assist you, from a one-time payment extension to longer-term solutions to help lower or manage your bill.
Your bill is considered past due if not paid within 19 days from the mail date on the bill.
You can easily sign up for a payment extension online. Log in or register for My Account, go to "View & Pay My Bill," and select "Payment Extension."
Note: You will need your most recent natural gas bill to register.
Past Due Bill Forgiveness
The Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) provides an opportunity for qualifying residential customers to have their eligible past due bills forgiven.
Qualifying customers could save 20% on their natural gas bill through the CARE program. Our customer assistance programs may also be able to help with home energy use and medically related heating needs.
