Pay by Text allows you to make a payment to your account in full by sending a text message; partial payment extensions are not available by text at this time. Payments made Monday - Friday before 4 p.m. Pacific Time will update your balance on the following business day. Payments made after 4 p.m. on Fridays, weekends or holidays will process on the following business day (Monday - Friday, except for banking holidays). To avoid late payments, make your text payment on the bill due date by 4 p.m. Pacific Time.

 

Enroll Securely with These Easy Steps

 

  1. Register for My Account or Log in if you're already a My Account user.
  2. Go to "View & Pay My Bill" in the menu.
  3. Select "Pay by Text" to view the payment-related text services that we offer to our customers.

You will receive a text message from 724-27, asking you to confirm your device by entering an authorization code. You can also enroll in additional My Account Text Services, including check your account balance, and receive a text message notification when new bills are ready. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Bill Ready Notification by Text

 

By enrolling in this service you'll receive a text message once per month when a new bill is ready for your account. The message will be sent to you during the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

 

Obtain Balance

 

This feature allows you to obtain your current account balance anytime by texting BAL to us at 724-27, anywhere by text.
