We offer "test drives" of new commercial food service equipment in a neutral facility at no cost or obligation. Schedule an appointment, bring your own ingredients and compare new, energy-efficient food service equipment for quality, production, overall performance and ease of maintenance. Test new design features and control panels for more consistency and control in your menu items. We offer:
- More than 125 pieces of equipment from more than 60 different manufacturers
- A one-of-a-kind Ventilation and Baking Lab that allows you to simultaneously test up to five different combinations of ventilation hoods

Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Foodservice Rebate Program for Electric Equipment
Available to commercial customers in the shared service areas of SoCalGas and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
How to Apply for Rebates
LADWP rebates are offered only for new or replacement energy-efficient equipment.
In order to receive rebates follow these steps:
- Download the COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOODSERVICE REBATE PROGRAM FOR MUNICIPALITIES AND BUSINESS catalog to view all available Electric Foodservice Rebates.
- Visit http://fishnick.com/saveenergy/rebates/ for a complete list of all qualifying foodservice equipment.
- Purchase and install new, efficient, electric equipment.
- Download and complete the 2016 ENERGY-EFFICIENCY REBATES FOR ELECTRIC FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT APPLICATION .
