Effective October 1, 2026, the procurement component of the core sales rate will decrease 3.690 ¢/therm to 37.695 ¢/therm. This decrease resulted from an overall 1.370 ¢/therm decrease in commodity price and a decrease of 2.320 ¢/therm in account adjustments. Compared to a year ago, the procurement rate is about 18.4% higher (31.832 ¢/therm) than what it was effective October 2025.
