To begin receiving paper bills in the mail again, please contact us at 1-877-238-0092 and have your account number handy when you call.
You will no longer receive a paper bill by the U.S. Mail if you paid your Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) account online, this includes:
- One-Time payments online
- Recurring (Automatic Monthly) payments online
- Electing to Go Paperless
After making an online payment for any gas account, you will only receive monthly email notifications when your bill is ready. Through My Account, you will be able to view, print and save up to two years of bills. SoCalGas will forward any late payment, collections or shut-off notices through the U.S. Mail.
