If you are a My Account user, we recommend that you keep the cellphone number on your profile up to date. Your cellphone number will be used for password resets, important account notices, and more.
To update your cellphone, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Account or register
- Go to Manage My Account in the menu, and then select Manage Account Information
- Select Edit Contact Information
To reset your password, a cellphone number is required to ensure the request came from the account owner, so it is important that your cellphone number is up to date and accessible.
