Start, Stop or Transfer Your Gas Service Online
If you are already registered for My Account, you can log in and select the “Schedule/View Appointments” tab. This tab contains links to start, stop or transfer gas service if you are moving.
Business My Account
If you are already registered for Business My Account, you can log in and select the “Schedule Service" tab. This tab contains links to scheduling a service order.

If you are not yet a Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) customer or you not yet registered for My Account, you can still start, stop or transfer gas service if you are moving.
- To start service,visit our Start Service Request page.
- If a deposit is required you will be informed at the completion of the Start Service application. Deposits may be waived for residential customers providing a Credit Reference Letter.
- To stop service,visit our Stop Service Request page.
