Residential Manufactured Homes
The Residential Manufactured Homes Program delivers direct-install of energy efficiency solutions to customers residing in manufactured home park and shared community facilities throughout the SoCalGas service territory. The program offers convenient and cost effective measures with low upfront costs. Eligible customers may receive needs assessment and consultation, direct installation measures (no-cost and co-pay), and additional upgrade opportunities, where available.

Community Language Efficiency Outreach Direct Install (CLEO-DI) Program
CLEO-DI offers direct install services to eligible residents who live within the SoCalGas service territory. Eligible customers may receive no-cost or low-cost direct install measures, including natural gas appliances, insulation, and more. The program also offers in-language enrollment assistance, needs assessments, and consultations to help customers identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption.

Comprehensive Manufactured Homes Program
The Comprehensive Manufactured Homes Program provides direct installation energy efficiency solutions to SoCalGas customers residing in manufactured homes throughout the SoCalGas service territory. The program offers no-cost introductory measures and low-cost advanced measures that can be financed by outside sources. Eligible customers may receive enrollment assistance, needs assessment and consultation, direct installation measures (no-cost and co-pay), local agency energy and water measures where available, and financing options.

Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Training by CHEERS Program
The 2025 Energy Code Compliance (ECC) New Rater Training by CHEERS Program provides online and field training for candidates seeking to become trained and certified as new ECC raters. ECC Raters perform California Title 24 energy code mandated field verification and diagnostic testing on building features such as insulation, duct sealing, HVAC system efficiency and more to confirm that installed components meet or exceed California's energy efficiency standards and the documented Certificate of Compliance. Residential Advanced Clean Energy Program
The Residential Advanced Clean Energy Program provides energy efficiency solutions to residential, single-family SoCalGas customers through the direct installation of basic and advanced energy measures. Eligible customers may receive enrollment assistance, a needs assessment and consultation, direct installation measures (no-cost and co-pay), local agency energy and water measures where available, and financing options.

The Energy Efficiency and Rehabilitation (EE&R) Program is designed to help Residential and Commercial customers within the SoCalGas service territory improve their homes, schools, businesses, and community spaces with no-cost, energy-efficient appliances.

Retail Channel Support Program
The SoCalGas Retail Channel Support program is designed to raise awareness and increase understanding of the benefits and rebates available for energy-efficient natural gas products. To achieve this, the program engages retailer and distributor sales associates, who in turn help educate consumers at the point of purchase (POP). Through these partnerships, the program implementer provides sales associates with training on SoCalGas energy efficiency offerings, natural gas product features and benefits, the rebate application process, and effective sales techniques. The program also develops POP materials and other in-store marketing materials to help consumers identify efficient natural gas appliances and understand available rebates.
SoCalGas Marketplace Program
The SoCalGas Marketplace program provides a streamlined, digital pathway for residential customers to learn about and purchase qualifying energy efficient products, with eligible rebates applied directly within the shopping experience. Serving as SoCalGas’s central online hub for energy efficiency, SoCalGas Marketplace integrates customer education, product comparison tools, instant rebates, and connections to California GoGreen Financing opportunities. This cohesive experience reduces friction, builds customer confidence, and encourages participation in qualifying energy efficiency measures, supported by accessible customer support resources throughout the journey.
Grid-Responsive Incentive Design Market Access Program (GRID-MAP)
The Grid-Responsive Incentive Program (GRID-MAP) helps commercial and residential customers improve building energy efficiency through a simplified, performance-based incentive structure. Using novel NMEC methodologies, incentives are tied to metered energy savings. The program leverages a network of Aggregators and trade professionals to identify and implement energy-saving projects across a wide range of eligible technologies.

C-BEST targets SoCalGas business customers outside of San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties that use under 50,000 therms. The program can help pinpoint energy efficiency improvements that could reduce overhead operating costs, improve customer and employee comfort, reduce maintenance time and costs, as well as help save money and energy.

SBS targets all small and medium customer facilities under 50,000 therms located in San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties. Multifamily
Multifamily programs provide property owners and managers with energy efficiency resources, including energy assessments, technical guidance, incentive opportunities, rebates, and equipment upgrades. Support is available for both dwelling units and common areas, along with assistance throughout the application and project implementation process.
Comprehensive Multifamily Incentive (CoMFI) Program
CoMFI provides multifamily property owners and managers energy efficient solutions to help reduce energy usage and costs. CoMFI offers no-cost energy audits, property-specific energy reports, and incentive reservations for qualifying whole-building retrofits.

Multifamily Energy Alliance (MEA) Program
MEA provides energy efficiency guidance and rebates for multifamily property owners and managers to help achieve their energy efficiency goals. MEA offers select no-cost upgrades, equipment rebates, and support in completing applications. The program’s rebates and direct installation of energy efficiency equipment are available for installation in the dwelling units and common areas of residential multifamily complexes located within the SoCalGas service territory.

Public
These programs support eligible government‑owned or publicly funded entities, including K‑12 schools and local government facilities, by providing energy efficiency surveys, technical and operational support, and facility optimization services, along with cost‑cutting rebates for qualifying energy‑efficient equipment.
K-12 Public Schools Program (K12PSP)
Public schools may apply for no cost energy efficiency technical assistance, operational support, maintenance planning, and natural gas storage water heater upgrades to K-12 public schools located in South Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, or San Bernardino County.

California Foodservice Instant Rebates Program
Program provides eligible commercial customers qualifying energy-efficient foodservice equipment for their businesses.

The Comfortably CA program is a statewide energy efficiency program serving HVAC distributors with resources for specified high-efficiency residential and commercial heating and cooling equipment. The program does not offer direct customer incentives or rebates. It recommends choosing a qualified installation contractor to help you with your purchase decision.
