What matters most to us, though, is authenticity. Your application, assessments, and interview answers should reflect your own skills, experiences, and perspective—not something generated by AI on your behalf. Please don’t use AI to complete assessments or provide real-time answers during interviews, as we want to see how you think and communicate.
Think of AI as a helpful prep tool, but remember: we’re excited to get to know the real you.
Using AI Responsibly

» Please remember: all information in your application must reflect your own background, skills, and experiences. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the hiring process.
Applications & Assessments
» You may use AI to prepare for interviews (e.g., practice problems, study guidance).
» However, the work you submit must be your own.
» Do not share assessment content with AI tools or third parties, as this may violate confidentiality.
Interviews
» We expect authentic and personal responses during interviews.
» AI is welcome for preparation, such as practicing common interview questions
» AI is not to be used for generating real-time answers during the interview process.
Confidentiality & Integrity
» Please do not input or share any confidential or proprietary information into AI tools.
» Any misuse of AI, such as falsifying credentials, identity or using AI to complete assessments, may result in disqualification or withdrawal of an offer.
