Candidate Expectations/Requirements
 

Education
 

  • Enrollment in a four-year university Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program.
  • Freshman-Graduate student. Must have at least one semester left before graduation.
  • A 3.0 Cumulative GPA or above is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 

  • Strong communications skills. This position requires constant communication with people of various levels of work experience; must be willing to learn from others, be self-motivated to perform tasks that are simple or complex.
  • Must be able to analyze significant amounts of data and develop multiple options and scenarios in reaching decisions.
  • Must be able to manage and implement multiple projects and to coordinate assigned activities and individual projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferable.
  • Must clearly and concisely communicate technical information and concepts in formal and informal settings with other departments in the company.

Availability & Other Qualifications
 

  • Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week from primary work location.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation. This position requires travel to various locations as part of the internship experience. This includes site visits, tours, and networking events.

Year-Round Internship Hours

  • Must be able to work 16-24 hours per week on a year-round basis. Opportunity to work 30-40 hours a week during summer break.

Summer Internship Hours

  • Must be able to work 30-40 hours a week during the summer (10-12 weeks).
