April Robinson, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Commercial and Environmental
April Robinson is vice president and deputy general counsel – commercial and environmental for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra's regulated California utilities. Previously, Robinson was chief risk and compliance officer at SDG&E, where she led SDG&E’s enterprise and energy risk management, compliance, sustainability, environmental services and nuclear decommissioning functions. Robinson also previously held the role of vice president, governance and corporate secretary at Sempra. During her time with the Sempra family of companies, Robinson has served in numerous leadership roles in the legal department.
