Devin Zornizer

Devin Zornizer is vice president, construction for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra's regulated California utilities. He oversees execution of the planned natural gas system capital investment program for both utilities, as well as their construction management capabilities.

Previously, Zornizer was director of gas engineering for SoCalGas.

Zornizer has a broad background in engineering, technical and natural gas pipeline operations. Since joining SoCalGas in 2000, he has held several roles of increasing responsibility in engineering and gas operations within both California utilities, including director of gas control and system planning for SoCalGas.

Zornizer sits on the boards of the American Red Cross, Los Angeles Chapter. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, and is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.
