Sabina Clorfeine, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Regulatory
Sabina Clorfeine is vice president and deputy general counsel - regulatory for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra's regulated California utilities. In this role she provides legal guidance and strategic alignment for regulatory legal matters across both utilities. Clorfeine has been with the Sempra family of companies for 18 years. During that time, she has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the enterprise, including as assistant general counsel - regulatory and assistant general counsel - litigation and environmental at SoCalGas.
