Warren Ruis, Vice President, Procurement
Warren Ruis is vice president, procurement for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra’s regulated California utilities. He oversees supply management, logistics and responsible sourcing at both utilities and has extensive experience in supply chain, risk management, and community engagement. Since joining the Sempra family of companies in 2006, he has held leadership positions in supply management, community relations, insurance and public affairs.
