Track the progress of a natural gas service project for both residential and non-residential new construction. You can use this tracker once you receive your confirmation email message containing your project number and unique five-digit access code.
Please be advised, this tracker only applies to projects providing new natural gas service to a location that is currently not connected to the SoCalGas distribution system. This tracker does not track start or stop service requests at locations already connected to the SoCalGas distribution system.
