You may request a Letter of Service Verification, sometimes called a "Letter of Residency" if the account is in your name and the turn-on order has been completed. You can retrieve the letter through the following options:
1) Contact us via phone or mail. Please provide your account number. The Letter of Service Verification will be mailed to the mailing address on the account.
2) If you are a My Account user, you may log in and print out a copy of your bill by selecting the "View and Pay My Bill" tab. Select "View My Bill" tab and then the "View Bill as PDF" button.
