Log In to My Account
Log in today to select "Go Paperless" from the Manage My Account menu. Once you've confirmed paperless, you'll then receive an email notification when your bill is ready each month!
Bill Tracker Alerts
Monitor your gas consumption, take steps to reduce your usage, and avoid surprises on your bill. Customers with an activated Advanced Meter can sign up for weekly Bill Tracker Alerts through My Account, in the “Manage My Account” tab, at no charge. You can also enroll in SMS alerts.
Alerts include:
- Bill-to-date
- Projected next bill
- Last year, same month's bill
- Days elapsed in current billing cycle
- Days remaining in the current billing cycle
To change your Bill Tracker Alert preferences or to unsubscribe, go to My Account, click on the "Manage My Account" tab, and “Manage Alerts”. To unsubscribe to text alerts, reply “Stop” to the text message.

Bill Management
Through My Account, you can easily view and pay your SoCalGas bill using our secure site. You can also schedule one-time or automatic payments and bill alerts. Additional options include extending your payment due date and going paperless to save time and money.

Schedule Service
Conveniently use My Account to manage services. You can schedule, view, and cancel service appointments like heater pilot relights. You can also easily start, stop, or transfer service.

Pay By Text
Sign-up to easily pay your bill, obtain account balance, or receive bill ready notifications, all by text. Learn more about Pay by Text.
My Account is available to residential and most business customers of SoCalGas with online access. To make an online payment, an account must be in good standing and have no more than one (1) returned check within the last 12 consecutive months. At this time, My Account is not available to non-core business customers, customers on the Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) rate (or G-NGV rate), gas transmission customers (those on a GTO rate), customers billed through Sundry Billing and manual-billed customers.
